Laura Jones, our Superintendent Pharmacist, will deal with all complaints

We will send you a written or emailed acknowledgment of a complaint within 3 business days and within 3 weeks of receiving a complaint we will ensure you get a final response which adequately addresses the complaint. If that is not possible, we will send you a response which outlines why we need further time to investigate the issue

If you are not satisfied by our handling of the complaint, you are entitled to also refer the matter to the General Pharmaceutical Council.
