Our commitment to you

About our service

Men's Pharmacy provides a confidential online prescribers service whereby patients can access medicines approved by our GPhC registered prescribers following an online medical consultation. Our prescribers are hired by Mens Pharmacy and are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council GPhC.

We ask you to fill out our online medical questionnaire which is sent to the prescriber for them to review. The prescriber will assess the suitability of the medicine you have selected as your preferred treatment and whether it is safe for you to take it. If approved, payment for the medicine is made securely online through our payment gateway and your medication is posted out to you by Royal Mail first class post in discreet plain packaging. All of your details are held securely, our medicines are UK sourced, and we pride ourselves on the quality of service we deliver.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are the prices you will pay. There are no hidden costs or charges and our prescription and prescribers costs are free of charge.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

It may be possible that despite our best efforts, a medicine on our website is incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the medicine at the lower price if the error is unmistakable and obvious and could easily be recognised by you as an error.

Included in the cost of your treatment is signed delivery to a UK address.  It is a legal requirement for us to provide this and we do not offer the facility for you to pick up your medication from the pharmacy.  If, however, you require your medicine urgently, you have the option of paying an extra fee to guarantee next day delivery.

Refunds

Unfortunately, once medicines have left the pharmacy, we are not able to accept them as returns back into stock and they, therefore, have to be destroyed. Please make sure you order the correct item.

If our prescriber is unable to fulfil your prescription request for medical reasons, of course, a full refund is offered.

Our requirements from you

You must answer all questions asked truthfully and in full. Failure to do so may result in incorrect advice being given and we want to ensure that all patients are taking medication that is suitable for them.

You must not answer the questionnaire on behalf of another patient.

You are responsible for checking that the medication that you ordered is the correct medication that arrives and is not damaged in any way. If you are unsure, then you must contact the pharmacy.

You must not use any medicines that are dispensed in advance of their need, beyond their expiry date.

You must accept that our prescriber's decision on whether to prescribe medicine to you is final. We will refund any transactions that the prescriber is unable to fulfil.

You must agree to read the patient information leaflet before use and seek medical attention should you experience any unusual side effects.

You agree to inform your GP that you are using our service so they can see a full and accurate picture of your health.

For those patients using impotence products such as Viagra (sildenafil), Levitra or Cialis, you undertake to visit your own GP to understand the possible underlying causes of your erectile dysfunction.
