About our service
Men's Pharmacy provides a confidential online doctor service whereby patients can access medicines approved by our GMC registered doctors following an online medical consultation. Our Doctor service is provided by MSF Medical Services Ltd, company number 9107122, who are regulated by the Care Quality Commission: number 1947656742.
We ask you to fill out our online medical questionnaire which is sent to the doctor at MSF Medical for them to review. The doctor will assess the suitability of the medicine you have selected as your preferred treatment and whether it is safe for you to take it. If approved, payment for the medicine is made securely online through our payment gateway and your medication is posted out to you by Royal Mail first class post in discreet plain packaging. All of your details are held securely, our medicines are UK sourced, and we pride ourselves on the quality of service we deliver.

All prices displayed on our website are the prices you will pay. There are no hidden costs or charges and our prescription and doctor costs are free of charge.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
It may be possible that despite our best efforts, a medicine on our website is incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the medicine at the lower price if the error is unmistakable and obvious and could easily be recognised by you as an error.
Included in the cost of your treatment is signed delivery to a UK address. It is a legal requirement for us to provide this and we do not offer the facility for you to pick up your medication from the pharmacy. If, however, you require your medicine urgently, you have the option of paying an extra fee to guarantee next day delivery.
Unfortunately, once medicines have left the pharmacy, we are not able to accept them as returns back into stock and they, therefore, have to be destroyed. Please make sure you order the correct item.
If our doctor is unable to fulfil your prescription request for medical reasons, of course, a full refund is offered.
